Our Story
MedCity Duct Cleaning was founded in 2016 by three brothers — PJ, Justin, and Chris — who saw too many Rochester families getting overcharged or underserved by out-of-town companies. After researching the industry and investing in professional training and equipment, they decided to build something different: a local, family-run business built on honest pricing, quality work, and straightforward service.
From the beginning, the mission was simple: do the job right, charge a fair price, and treat customers the way you'd want to be treated. That meant no bait-and-switch pricing, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no shortcuts. It meant investing in the best equipment available and taking the time to explain the process to every customer.
Today, MedCity Duct Cleaning is still a family operation. With Brian, our senior technician, and Chris leading jobs in the field, every home gets the same level of care and attention we'd put into our own. We also use professional camera equipment to inspect your ductwork before and after cleaning.
